I Have the Best Friends!

I have the most wonderful friends I must say. My friend Maxine from Las Vegas sent my sweet girl, Lauren, this ADORABLE shirt from Gymboree! She has 2 little cutie pie boys, but NEEDED to buy this shirt I guess, and we were the lucky recipients! Lauren loves it and wore it to school the next day, for her last day of school, and she came home so mad because somebody bumped their pizza into the bow on her shirt and left a mark!!! My friends rock! They love me even though I suck at returning their phone calls! Love you Mac!

My Grown Up Girl

I don't know if anyone noticed Rowans dark eye in the berry pictures, but here is a pic to explain that. She is into everything, and while I was watering flowers the other day, she proceeded to apply some of my mascara to herself!!!

More Berry Pics...

The berry farm makes their own popsicles from strawberries and honey and they are to die for!! Here are the kids enjoying them... That is Grace with Lauren, the baby is Cary (Tricia's baby), and the last one is Kenneth with Connor! Good times!

It's Berry Season

Look at this...Is there anything more beautiful and YUMMY than fresh picked strawberries? We headed off to Valley Home Farms in Wartrace, Tennessee to pick berries last night. Me, Lauren, Rowan, Connor, and trusty best friend Kenneth, met my friend Tricia and her kids, Grace, Violet, and baby Cary. It was a beautiful night, and this farm is just amazing, you could not even dream of a farm like this, it looks like it's from the movies.

Computer Madness!

Just so you all know, that is not how I arranged the entry in the last post. My arrangement was different and when I previewed it , it did not have the pictures run all together. FRUSTRATED!!! AAARRRGGHH!

Plus here is a pic of the boys, they were outside playing football in a downpour,... they are so funny. They think they are total NFL players!

The Birthday Celebration

Alright, the big 11th birthday party is officially underway. There are 4 rambunctious boys in my bonus room having a marvelous time, preparing to NOT sleep at all! They are so funny, the silly stuff they think is funny! Weird kids! Connor has his friends Levi, Kenneth, and the ever faithful BEST friend...Jacob! He is in heaven tonight!

One More Entry!

Look at my boy,... He has become a baseball player this year. His mom, (me) is LOVING having a baseball player in the family. He seems to really like it, and is having a lot of fun with his team. We are very proud of him for trying something new, and he is doing great! Good job Connor!

FRUSTRATED!

Ok, I am so frustrated with my computer skills, I hate that I am not good at this. So anyway, you must suffer with my bad blogging skills, and I guess also our bad photography skills, that is a terrible blurry picture of all of us at Daily Buffet for Connor's birthday! Oh well, my obituary will never say, " she had a real gift for computers!"

Rowan is TWO!!!

Ok, April is a busy month for us. Rowan turned 2, three days after Connor's birthday. I cannot believe that either, it seems like just yesterday I was standing in Tricia's kitchen crying after taking a pregnancy test!!! I truly did not think I was pregnant, but took the test just for my friend's entertainment... and lo and behold... I was pregnant!!! It took me some time to accept the fact that we were going to have a 3rd baby, but she has been such a gift to our family! She is funny, sweet and l0ving, SOOO entertaining. I wouldn't change a thing about how our kids were given to us! God ALWAYS knows what He is doing. Anyway, she has not had a party yet, we just had a good supper that night with brownies and ice cream. We are going to have a joint party soon for Rowan and Carson together (Teri and Doug's little one, he will be 2 in a couple of weeks too). Together our families make one heck of a large party!

Connor Turns Eleven!! WOW!

Look at my boy! He is 11 years old,... can you all believe that? We had an uneventful day on his birthday. Our kids get to pick where they want to eat out on their birthdays, so Connor picked "Daily Buffet and Grill", a Chinese buffet here in town. He loves it because they have the "hibachi" grill there, and he eats unlimited steak, shrimp, and zucchini! We took Granny, Connor's best friends Kenneth & Jacob, and Jacobs family.... Trevor, Lauri and little Connor. Granny brought a TERRIFIC strawberry cake from the strawberry farm we go to, Valley Home Farms. It was so funny, the Chinese wait staff brought it out to him and sang and played some Happy Birthday song on the PA system. GOOD TIMES! We had a really terrific time, good friends and good food!
